1. SKYDIVE

Skydive for Llamau is not for the faint-hearted! Taking place throughout March 2023, this is an exciting challenge for courageous people who want to try something entirely new while raising money for a great cause.  If you’re looking for breathtaking views, this is the right fundraising challenge for you. Choose your own date and location, and promote your challenge on social media – the sky is the limit!

2. CARDIFF HALF MARATHON

The iconic Cardiff Half Marathon will be back in October 2023, winding its way through central Cardiff, from the bay to Roath Park, and back into the city centre. If you’re a seasoned long-distance runner or fancy your first marathon, this whizz around the Welsh capital is the one to pick.

3. MUDDY ASSAULT COURSE

Join us on April 22nd 2023 for our brand-new Muddy Assault Course. The Muddy Course is a fab outdoor activity with over 20 challenging obstacles including tyre runs, tyre maze, monkey bars and, muddy crawls. In partnership with Adventure Wales, test your abilities to run, jump, crawl and problem-solve. Grab your muddy gear and get out of your comfort zone this 2023!

4. SNOWDON AT NIGHT

What better way to challenge yourself than hiking through the night to summit Snowdon while the sun rises? Push yourself whilst enjoying stunning morning views in this epic challenge. Enjoy your well-earned celebration breakfast with Mountain Leaders, and other fundraisers.

5. TOUR OF PEMBROKESHIRE

Finally, the Tour of Pembrokeshire is a breathtaking cycling challenge that gives you the opportunity to cycle across the UK’s only coastal National Park. Choose from one of four different routes in this family-friendly challenge or grab your friends to cycle in a new, stunning location. This awesome experience will take place on 13th May 2023.
